1. Who we are

Devagile ("Devagile", "we", "us") is a digital studio offering design, web and product development, and ongoing maintenance under the Devagile Care model. These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry you submit through it.

By browsing the site or sending an enquiry you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Using this website

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its backend or connected services.
• Submit false, misleading or abusive information through the enquiry form.
• Send automated, bulk or spam submissions, or attempt to bypass the rate limits and bot checks we apply.
• Copy, scrape or republish site content, code or case-study material without written permission.

3. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the onboarding form does not create a contract. It is a request for a conversation. We reply with scope, timeline and pricing where we can help, and we may decline any enquiry.

Any figures, timelines or budget ranges shown on the site or discussed before a written proposal are indicative and not binding.

4. Project engagements

Work we deliver is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work agreed with you. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes priority for that engagement.

Unless the agreement says otherwise, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, and Devagile retains the right to reference the work publicly in its portfolio.

5. Intellectual property

The Devagile name, brand marks, site design, copy and code are owned by Devagile or its licensors. Project screenshots and client work shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed with permission or as portfolio reference.

6. Third-party services and links

The site uses third-party services for hosting, media delivery and bot protection, and may link to external websites. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Availability and disclaimer

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Content may change without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Devagile is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or business arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. The version published on this page is the current one, and the date above shows when it was last revised.
